Title: GSM phone as trunk

I've a GSM mobile phone connected to my server (used to send SMS for Zabbix!).
It's available in Linux as /dev/ttyACM0 ... but I  have no idea how to configure it as a trunk!

I'm using SARK/SAIL 3.2 ...Could I use it as a trunk ? How?

I'm afraid you can't use it as a trunk, at least as far as I know. If you want to send calls over GSM then you will need a SIP/GSM gateway device or a purpose-built Asterisk/GSM card.
