Title: Workstation backup problems

Good morning,
I have a problem with a workstation backup.
It has always worked fine until a few days ago when I had to reboot the server that was blocked.
Now when the backup is done automatically, I get this error:

I already reboot the server but the error is the same.

What can I do?

Solved

I try to delete all files in tmp_dir.
Now workstation backup works fine.
