Print Page - SOGo - Getting Thunderbird to install connector and lighting automatically

Firstly can I just say thanks for an excellent contrib!

I've just done a fresh install of SME 8.0, memchache (manually) and SOGo following the intructions in the wiki. I have a minor problem.

I've installed thunderbird v 10 ESR and the extensions I've downloaded are
Lightning v 1.2.3, sogo connector 10.0.2 and sogo integrator 10.0.2.

I instlled thunderbird and connected to the sme server using IMAP then installed integrator. I restarted but TBird doesn't install the extra extensions.

Any ideas where to look for clues?

Look for paths like this:
https://<sme server name.domain>/
are correct in .xpi files and in the updates.php file.

The only difference seems to be the versions. Any ideas?
