Title: E-smith wish list

Hello
I'm not very advansed user, but if there is something missing it would be interactivity. Since I don't know how to set up an guestbook, faq o matic dicussion board or compile an .pl script how about making an wizard or an template to make this happen. I have notised that the .pl script does not run since an user have not access to run any script in the cgi-bin directory, but I have no idea how to enable that.

Is this possible to wish for?

I think that would be a very difficult thing to provide. There are so many variations possible it will be impossible to anticipate them.

Of course you can wish for it! Whether the wish is fulfilled or not is quite a different thing :-) The E-smith people are busy getting 4.0 ready for release. If you need this, you will need to do it yourself. There is some documentation to help you at http://www.e-smith.org/custom/.
