Title: Physical memory does not exceed 3.46GB

I have a server with 4 GB memory and it shows me only 3.46 GB.
I added one more card of 1GB memory and still shows me only 3.46 GB
Does anyone know why ?

32Bit OS have a limit of memory they can address. If you want to use 4GB or more RAM, you will need to switch to 64Bit kernel or to 32Bit kernel with PAE extensions configured.
