Title: Is perl-Apache-Htpasswd rpm needed for SAIL v4 ?

Since SAIL v4.0.0-43 is not intended for install on plain CentOS 5, should perl-Apache-Htpasswd-1.8-1.el5.rf.noarch.rpm (http://sailpbx.com/sail/sail-4.0-testing/rpms/perl-Apache-Htpasswd-1.8-1.el5.rf.noarch.rpm) be installed for it?
