Title: SME Site Maker Aliases

I have created an osCommerce Web Store using SME Site Maker. My store @ http://mtrosemedia.tk/store is accessible through the alias /store
However, I host more than one domain, and I don't want each domain to have access to the same store.
Vice versa, I would like the alias /store to be something different for my other websites.

Alias http://koreyeagleton.com/store /opt/******does not work in my 99SMESiteMaker_*** template file.

Do I have to edit the httpd directory for the domain? I would much rather it be a custom-template
Also, I cannot point the domain to /opt/*** directory as I have it installed and accessible through my WordPress MultiSite installation in an IBay.
Any suggestions?
