Hi
I am current receiving undeliverable report every few minutes in the postmaster mailbox from an account that doesn’t and has never existed on my server.
I have checked the logs and I can’t see that emails are actually being sent from our server, I think someone is using this fake email address with our domain suffix in there reply address while they are spamming.
What’s the best approach to stop this as these undeliverable reports are becoming a real pain?

1) do you have a SPF record for your domain ? if not, search google and enable it.
2) if those e-mail has an origin IP, try to write to postmaster @ ISP to block users by spam.
3) search for "double bounce" on wiki/forum and enable it.

Many thanks for the reply much appreciated.
I am new to the SME world. I was wondering whats the best steps to take to trouble shoot whats really going on with this email server? as the Mail Log file anaylsis doesn't making any real sense to me.
