Fixed the Post Install and Post Uninstall issue for appropriate heading menu expansion.
Updated Wiki (http://wiki.contribs.org/Password).
Grab the extension (http://www.apmuthu.com/files/smeserver-password-1.0.0-28.zip).

Sorry but i have the same errors, both on 32 and 64bit

The current errors still exist.
This fixes the new Bug 7474 (http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7474) filed now.
