Title: Network card compatibility
Post by: Fumetto on June 27, 2013, 07:31:50 PM
Sorry...

I tried for 2 hours but I haven't found an answer to a simple question... is this (http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/networking/nc112t/index.html) NC112T network card good for this (http://www8.hp.com/uk/en/products/proliant-servers/product-detail.html?oid=5336627#!tab=features) HP microserver?

I have to install SME 8, the server seems to be fine but the net-card? Does anyone have a link to a list of compatibility or a link to a net-card which has in production?

...and sorry for bad english... :)

as long as HP microserver is RED HAT certified, you should not have any issue..

I see it uses an Intel chipset.. search with google, I'm quite sure you'll find the answer

Ciao

My problem is that the only reference (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,48572.msg241897.html#msg241897) I have found is not encouraging ... and then I look for a card that is already tested ...
