This link  http://wiki.contribs.org/Heyu  (http://wiki.contribs.org/Heyu) describes the setup of Heyu and includes instructions

to " add a template to specifically override the permissions for our serial port. "

However it mentions

This procedure works for CentOS 4 (SME 7) but will change in CentOS 5 (SME 8) to use rules.d instead.

I need help doing this for SME 8.0 (how to use "rules.d" ?)
