Title: can't locate auto/POSIX/autosplit.ix in @INC
Post by: ctscomp on July 30, 2013, 02:23:19 PM
Linux Newbie,

Our SME Server 8.0 is booting with a can't locate auto/POSIX/autosplit.ix in @INC, when trying to start services.
We have lost all functionality of the SME server.

But still eventually gets to Server Login.

Please if anybody has a fix to this, it would be much appreciated

It sounds to me as though you have file system corruption (leading to lost files). Either that, or someone or something has been deleting files.

I suggest that you check your RAM (use "memtest" on the SME server CDROM). You probably need to recover from a known good backup.

Can you login as root?
