Title: Discussion on text for Workstation Backup

The current text in the email from the workstation backup could be improved, and is being discussed in Bug 7791. This will also allow the code to be simplified and made more readable.

Before making a change it would be good to get more input from the community on the new wording. Here is the current proposal.

hi for me the wording is ok, but my request is:
is it possible to make changes to the subject of the email:
currently the subject is

Daily Backup Report:

is it possible to add

Daily Backup Successful Report: or Daily Backup Report Failed: depending if the backup has been successful or failed

not sure if this is outside the possibilities, but when scanning many admin emails on different servers it will be easy to pickup if a backup has failed.

From memory this was already changed for SME 8. It should now have both success/failure in the subject as well as the server name being backup up.

Changes to the subject can also be discussed.

If the backup fails the Email subject heading is now:

"Daily Backup Failed: mydomain.org.au"

Success is:

"Daily Backup Report: mydomain.org.au"

thankyou i have not seen this, which means all my backups have been successful. i will purposely make a backup fail and test.

i have completed a failed backup and you are correct i get the following email subject line

Daily Backup Failed: sme8server.mydomain.co.za
