Post by: e-SKape on August 07, 2002, 02:27:42 PM
Auch uhh... I know it... ASP is Micro&Sux... Eh... isn't it?

But anyway, I have built my HP in ASP, so can I run ASP (in any form) on an Apacheserver (in e-smith linux)

I have heard about ChiliASP, does it work, and are there any other ASP?

Thx in frwd

If you want true ASP support try ChiliSoft ASP, (http://www.chilisoft.com).

I've tried ChiliASP (versions 3.6.0 and 3.6.2) and installation of both failed with error "unable to recognize distribution".
Anybody has a success story?

Yes

use mandrake 8.1 or redhat 7.2

Or just read the INSTALL file and you're able to pass an argument to avoid version detection.
