Title: SME Server 8 + Zarafa 7 management plugin?

Hi,

In SME Server 7 with Zarafa 6 there was a contrib to manage the Zarafa users and settings in the server-manager.

Now my question: is there in SME Server 8 also a contrib to manage the Zarafa 7 users and settings in the server-manager?

No, but i think you could copy these files/links from the old rpm to your SME8-server if you use the zarafa-db-pluging :

\etc\e-smith\web\functions\zarafaUI
\etc\e-smith\web\panels\manager\cgi-bin\zarafaUI (link to ../../../functions/zarafaUI)
\etc\e-smith\locale\en-us\etc\e-smith\web\functions\zarafaUI\zarafaUI + other languages
\usr\lib\perl5\site_perl\esmith\FormMagick\Panel\zarafaUI.pm

You can open the old rpm on Windows with 7-zip

Set permissions right on these files/links once they are copied.

[root@sme ~]# chown admin /var/cache/e-smith/formmagick/sessions/

reconfigure your server.

!!!! Didn't test it, try on a testserver first !!!!

please note the mentioning by frifri of specifically "if you use the zarafa-db-pluging".

Yes i used the DB-plugin, but nothing works.

Please explain "nothing works"..... What exactly have you tried?
