Title: filtering web traffic

I have an e-smith 4.1.2 server and gateway and need to block icq services for selected users also would be nice to block porn sites for the same users.
What I the best way to achieve this?

I use DansGuardian to block porn sites.  It works great.  You can get it here:

I imagine you can block ICQ by using this HowTo and just changing the port to 4000.
