Hello,
I use sme 8 with a small problem.
In Windows Network I see the created users and Primary folders.
In Linux, Debian, Kubuntu or Xubuntu I only see the primary folder.
The user directory is not visible.
What am I doing wrong?

Yeah i have the same behaviour in my debian, but it is not a bug, i believe it is a linux behaviour.
if you want to see the home user, try this in the url bar of nautilus or your file-manager
smb://sme-ip-or-hostname/user
user must match a real user.

@stephdl
it is a linux behaviour, i'm not shure about it.
ftp is working well (freenas 7.2)
Now waiting for sme 9 stable.
You'r solution is not working in kubuntu and xubuntu.
p.s. Verification is allmost inpossible.

Sorry but i Do not know at all on kde nor xfce :), Gnome Powa
But i'm quite sure that you can browse the user's home, try a bit
For the FTP i have an explanation, as you give the name of the user during the connexion, and i do not believe that Linux do the same with the smb protocol.
