Title: E-mail not being cleared off server

Hi there

We seem to be having a problem with the mail server.It seems as though the server is not deleting the mail off the server once we download it to the workstations.
I think there might be a problem with it synchronising with our POP3 server at the ISP
Any suggestions?

Check the mail program settings on your workstations. It is up to the mail clients to ask the server to delete messages - there will be a check box somewhere.
