Da quello che leggo nel wiki sembra un progetto morto:

This code is deprecated and unmaintained. smeserver-affa has a waiting list of 32 open bugs . And a lot of unpredictable bugs are associated or related with the use of Affa after restoration or rise, such as missing groups, service crash, CGI errors

Voi con cosa lo avete rimpiazzato?

Mi sto impegnando a trovargli un nuovo "padre", qualcuno che guizzi e gauzzi in Perl . . .

Domandona, per trasferire un server sme da un vecchio hardware ad uno nuovo, adesso come fate?

Che dirti: al 98% mi ha funzionato (non con il rise) solo che non venivano ripristinati i file delle passwd/utenti, cosa a cui ho rimediato "a mano" con rsync.
Non so dirti del "rise" che forse è la cosa su cui è più in crisi il prodotto.
Ti puoi  aggiustare con disco USB e backup da console e ripristino in installazione. E' evidente che ti perdi l'opzione di rise.

Spero ancora che nel "movimento" del passaggio alla 9 Affa risorga con un nuovo padre.
