2-what relation between dns and mx entry
3- how i test this ip found in dns is send or receive (without using outlook)
help me if possible

you should take some time to read our manual
http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation
further more send email works very well with sme but need some understanding of it works.
dns != mx
dns : you need to give a static ip where to find your server or a dynamic dns if you do not have it....it is like your phone number. you have to declare it in your host domain provider settings, not in sme settings
mx : it is a field you have to set in your domain provider settings to declare the ip or dynamic dns of your mail server (it can be the same ip as your dns entry), certainly not in your sme settings

In SME server "Configure this server" admin console page, there is usually no need to enter any DNS server, leave it blank, unless you are behind a corporate server that requires you to use their DNS server.
By itself SME server is a capable DNS resolver.
In server only mode, you need to point Internet access to the LAN IP of your local gateway/firewall.
In server only mode, also you need to configure the local network gateway/firewall to forward email to your SME server. You can do this by forwarding ports for mail server etc (see server manager panel) or by Delegating email for a domain to another server on the LAN, using a db command (see FAQ).
If you want to run a mail server, you need to check that your ISP allows you to run a mail server on port 25 on your connection. Many ISPs will allow this, but some ISPs block that to stop residential or similar users from running mail servers. There is a workaround for this issue in the FAQ.
MX (mail exchange record) is part of the external DNS records setup for your domain.
Usually the domain registrar you purchased your domain name from hosts these details, or you may have transferred your DNS records to some other registrar like Namescout or onlydomains.com or godaddy.com etc etc.
SME server does not strictly need a MX record in external DNS records, as long as a valid A record exists, mail will be forwarded to the SME server (assuming both external DNS & SME server configuration is correct, ie the Domain must be added in SME server Domains panel if not the main domain name).
Reading this article might help you understand external DNS settings in relation to using SME server.

Please show us the settings in server manager, Review configuration panel, so we can understand how your server is configured.

Now this dns xx.xxx.xx.xx i take from isp provider found in sme setting as external ip but
it not found in mx entry in c panel or advanced dns zone.and in same time send and receive emails
when i test this dns from another computer it have internet outside also
Actually my question IF DNS from isp is found in sme settings and not founding mx entry is enough
to send receive email meaning registration in mx entry not necessary
thanks

You do not need a MX entry in externsl DNS records, as long as a valid A record is configured in external DNS records for the domain that is configured on your SME server. That server needs to have access to the Internet via a correctly configured gateway, that correctly handles both incoming & outgoing traffic for your sme server.
If you want further advice, please provide the settings from the Review configuration panel in server manager.
Your questions are vague & confusing & do not make sense, so please provide the unambigious technical details requested.
Also it would be good if you provide the settings your server has configured, when running the admin console, Configure this server menu option. You can safely run this again & just do not save anything on the final screen, to leave your settings as they are. Make note of the settings from each screen & provide them here. Obfuscate any passwords.
With these technical details, we can look at your problem more clearly.
Do not expect help if you do not provide details, as we are not mind readers & do not have a crystal ball.
