It is possible to run WINE in sme 8
-
mgb
For security & simplicity reasons, sme server does not have the graphics drivers/modules/packages etc installed/loaded that are needed to display the GUI code.
It is a server distribution, not a desktop OS.
Of course you can do whatever you want to enhance your server by installing additional packages to make it more like a desktop OS, but you may run into problems at upgrade time.

if you can guide me to install thanks
Or if there is an explanation to install.
My goal is to allow multiple users Lhithbr remote server and run . Using GUI and wine
-
mgb, you are trying to use the wrong tool...
if you need to use windows executables, use a (virtual) machine..
installing a desktop/gui environment and wine on SME will lead you to big headaches
-
Thanks for your valuable response.
But I need to 20 virtual stations
Licenses cost about $ 3,000.
Need to run only one software
An external application.
The question of whether you can install on this server sme.
The system, and take advantage of the uniqueness of the server
Stability and easy use on this server sme 8.

install a virtual machine running (for example) Ubuntu, install wine in ubuntu, use nomachine client to have remote access
DON'T hack your server

It is possible to run WINE in sme 8
No.

ESXI 5.5 is Your chance; no cost for basic license (without support) and you can virtualize both sme and the other (20 ?) virtual stations.
You don't like Vmware ? Proxmox is another good alternative depending on the OS you need to virtualize (SME works fine).
Hp now has medium level servers like ML310 with a embebbed Raid Controller supporting ESXI 5.5.
Among the others, if you need to consolidate 20 PC/Server all running at the same time, a bare metal hypervisor is your only chance; hacking SME or using a RedHat/Suse with Vmware Ws or Virtualbox it's a bad idea.
