Title: Zend Server 2.5
Post by: Faadiel Rehman on August 11, 2002, 08:10:56 PM
Has anyone here installed the Zend 2.5 Server Engine on SMEV5. I run the install script but don't know the following answers.

Where is the apache root and the apache binaries located? I run the install scripts for Zend but I need to enter the paths to the apache.

Thanks,
Faadiel

Create a page called phpinfo.php
put the following code in it:

# from here
phpinfo();
?>

# to here

then call the page and be amazed!

Try again, that was not clever..
(guess the system is more clever than me, it does not like php code ;-)

Put the following code in a webpage, but do remove the ####'s

##phpinfo();
#?>

hope it shows on the list this time..

LOL big time..

I give up, anything that sort of looks like php code from a distance gets zapped by the bboard.

Something I never knew, but quite usefull to know I guess.

Look for any php tutorial, the very first thing they make you do is type 'phpinfo' on a blank webpage, which gives you all your anwers.

giving up now, no more code.

Thanks what a doof I am I should've thought of that!! Thanks

Anyway Zend installs ok but then my server-manager is toast and I PHP for some reasons stops working. I had to re-install SME this morning because the folks needed to print and get to files etc..

Also the Zend Server Center does not load...
