Title: sme 7.6 stop pop3 smtp

The error that the other server returned was:
550 v=spf1 a -all

You do not describe your problem very well, so it is hard to identify what your issue is.
Maybe the other mail server does not like your spf record, see
http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:Administration_Manual:Appendix#SPF_Records

Also re still using sme7.6, this is unwise & you should upgrade immediately, refer to comments here

 poconfig setprop qpsmtpd RHSBL disabled
signal-event email-update
 
Thanks it works receiving mail

Still can not send mail

 What logs required to check ?

There is no log of the date
The last date is prior month.
I think it worked until old.
I think the trouble started after he stopped working yum update.
After the repair has worked in the yum worked time and again stopped working yum update.

This is because you are still using SME 7.6, which is extinct.
