Title: Contrib to backup user profiles?

Hi all....Just got a query, is there a way to back up only the user profiles and then restore them onto a clean install of sme9?
I know this is a big ask but there could be a contrib that dose this?

This has been answered many times in these forums.
This has been asked for many times over the years.
It is quite a complex task to extract all the pieces of information from various files, & not necessarily achievable (in an easy practical sense).
It would be a lot of work for a developer & of questionable value.

There are techniques described in the Backup server config Howto, which achieve almost the same result.
You can easily change the server network config etc to whatever you want by running the Admin console, Configure this server menu, after restore.
