even better is the support.

all you gotta do is ask questions about anything u want and users like me and developers will take there free time and answer them.
I mean why should you read the manual?? Or even search the forums and hey what the hell is google???

Is there a particular part of the manual what u want me to read?? I even did a search on google for e.smith and found quite alot.

I even looked on this site for some links and guess what? I found aload of answers to your questions!!

Unfortunately to get those blades you need to purchase SME with service link. You would need to talk to your local Mitel Authorized Partner.

It would be nice to be able to purchase blades individually.

Luckily there is a good developer community and most of the blades available for servicelink have also been developed in a similar form, as rpms, for free.
For a Fax server check out  http://www.sulman.org/sme/hylafax.html
For Virus protection  http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/contrib/rav-8.3.2/
For Jabber  http://khunjarnet.com/downloads/jabber
For System monitoring http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/contrib/eneo-sysmon-3.0-15/

The list is endless. Check out the contrib section

http://www.e-smith.org/cgi-bin/contrib.cgi

and keep an eye on these forums as new contribs are announced.
