please define "offsite backup"..
a tape backup with external/remote tape storage is a clear example of "offsite backup"
and we can't help you without knowing how much data are we talking about, what kind of WAN connection you have and so on..

I know its not perfect but I use affa. Its saved me a few times. Bit I dont think it works on 9

You need to define offsite more specifically ie USB removed from site or backup remotely via Internet & so on.
Please read the Manual (click the link at top of Forums).
Server manager has a good backup & restore routine(s) that provides various options (to desktop, workstation/NAS & local USB).
Some additional notes re the built in backup are here
http://wiki.contribs.org/Backup_with_dar
Also the admin console has a backup to local USB option
In addition please go to the Contrib & Howto pages & review other addon software that is available,
http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Contrib
http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Howto
Here are some possible solutions

Here is general info

In addition there are numerous external products, both free & commercial, so google backup, here is one example in the wiki

Thank you very much for your reply.
Actually i only want is make an incremental backup both office.
On Office 1 make a copy to Office 2 same with Office 2 to Office 1.
My connection via internet (IPSec), bandwidth is 13 Mbps downstream/ 1 Mbps upstream (ADSL) both offices.
The type of data is transmit is only some office suite document.
For this what the best and ideal backup?

So you mean backup server1 across Internet to server2, and backup server2 across Internet to server1 (no other dedicated servers or USB drives etc involved).
Look at

http://wiki.contribs.org/Rdiff-backup
You do need to do the research yourself, so please read the articles & do a test run install & backup using both of them to see which you prefer/require.

Best & ideal mean different things to different people, you need to assess the software for suitability for your situation.
