Title: Dungog Dansguardian proxy users

Please help,

I'm failing to install dungog proxy users.  Below is what I get when I run the command:

#yum install dungog-proxyusers
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, protect-packages, smeserver

According to the Dungog install page (http://dungog.net/wiki/Install#Download), the Dungog rpms were moved to the smecontribs repository.  However, dungog-proxyusers is not in smecontribs (http://mirror.canada.pialasse.com/releases/8/smecontribs/SRPMS/), and is not in the list of available manual downloads from dungog (http://dungog.net/rpms/).

The Dungog dansguardian page includes instructions on how to create ncsa users manally (after "or ..."):
