Title: enable koozali mirror as repo
Post by: crazybob on February 09, 2015, 02:18:12 AM
I am working with a SME 7.6 server. At this time I cannot upgrade due to zarafa being in use.
I find the koozali mirror has the rpms I need to make some additions to the server.
Is there a way to make the koozali mirror and its obsolete folder a repo?
Thanks
Bob

You can reconfigure the repo settings to point at the obsolete folder tree.

Depending what updates your server has on it, it can be tricky getting the update started (ie your action to take will depend on the error message received etc).
I have given quite detailed instructions re how to upgrade a sme7.x server using the obsolete tree repos, so search these forums on my name & obsolete and go back many months to a year or two.

Thanks for the help
I tried setting the contribs portion on thishttp://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,50196.msg252267.html#msg252267 (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,50196.msg252267.html#msg252267), but still won't resolve.
I downloaded the rpm I needed, and it installed without requiring dependencies, so I am good to go for now.

You need to provide error messages if further advice is required.

Also show the config of ALL the various repos configured on your server

db yum_repositories show
then
db yum_repositories show reponame

for each reponame on your system
