Title: network printing issues - can not print using cat /tmp/file | lp -dprintername

on fresh installed SME 9.0 i have always added printers using the SystemName/server-manager. Then selecting printing, then adding a network printer with the fixed ip address of the printer. Then my program prints using cat /tmp/filename | lp -dPrinterName.
On 9.0 this does not work.   iI have retried many times. This is a working printer on other SME servers. Also using lpstat -a get results of NO output
