I need to know my domain in blacklist or not
what
i go to this website
http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3aaltawi.com.sa&run=toolpage
if all option is green and OK this meaning my domain not in blacklist or what
How i know my domain in blacklist

IF every thing is OK
why when i call my isp it tell me your are in blacklist
i don't know they are true or NOT

Maybe your ISP blacklisted your server within their domain?

jonson: just ask your ISP to give you all the details.. which BL, for example.

if your ISP is : awalnet.com and your IP : 212.93.222.10
then look there (few examples):

• http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check
• http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/
• https://ers.trendmicro.com/reputations
• http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

if your domain is altawi.com.sa ?
then look there : http://dnslookup.fr/altawi.com.sa

It seems you don't use SPF.

• read : http://www.openspf.org/
• use :https://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/content/technologies/senderid/wizard/default.aspx or https://www.mtgsy.net/dns/spfwizard.php
• test: http://tools.bevhost.com/spf/

Do you set DKIM ?

• read : http://www.dkim.org/
• use: http://www.dnswatch.info/dkim/create-dns-record
• test: https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check

try entering your IP address at;

http://multirbl.valli.org

using IP address is better than using mail domain name
