I install new server sme 8.0

Why would you install SME Server 8.0 whilst the latest stable version is 8.1 and even 8.2 beta is available?

Um, isn't the latest stable version 9.0, with 9.1 beta being available?

@ahmedsa, is there some reason you can't just paste the error message here?  Having to run flash player just to read a text error message just seems silly.  If you have to post the error message elsewhere, pastebin.com works well and doesn't mess around with the content.

Having looked at the headers of that message, though, there isn't anything obvious (to me) that's wrong.  The only thing that's at all close is the message "X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: webx1.awalnet.com: mailgid no entry from get_relayhosts_entry" (repeated several times).  I've sent two test messages to that same address to see what (if anything) comes back.

Have either of my test messages come through?  I haven't received bounces for either of them.  One was from gmail, the other from my SME server.

Your domain is set up with two MX records, one (the first priority) for mserver.altawi.com.sa which resolves to 78.93.244.61 and is up, and the other (second priority) for altawi.com.sa which resolves to 212.93.222.10 and appears to be down.  Which of these IP addresses belongs to your SME server?

It is very difficult to help you when you won't answer simple questions.  Have either of my test messages come through?  Neither has bounced, and it's now been over 24 hours since I sent them.

I would suggest updating your DNS records to delete the MX entry for altawi.com.sa, but I don't see any indication that this is what's actually causing your problem.  Honestly, the bounce message you posted doesn't contain a clear (at least to me) statement of what the error was.

I install new server sme 8.0 but when i send email from yahoo to my domain
it give me this message error why

The message is looping between 212.93.192.118 and 212.93.222.10, neither of which is an SME server. One or both of those systems is misconfigured.

You should create a much simpler configuration, or hire a competent system engineer to design and implement your IT system.

The following message to <ahmeds@altawi.com.sa> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'relaying denied ahmeds@altawi.com.sa'

That means that the server connected to is not configured to receive altawi.com.sa, or it doesn't have an account called ahmeds.

Check /service/qpsmtpd/config/goodrcptto.

Try using:

less  /service/qpsmtpd/config/goodrcptto

or:

grep ahmeds  /service/qpsmtpd/config/goodrcptto

I think you should find a good tutorial on using the command line on linux. Or find a friend who can show you things side-by-side.
