Title: POP bevore SMTP

Can somebody help me to setup a (german) WEB.DE e-mail accout. I always get the message: "use pop bevore smtp"

What the hell has a german web.de account got to do with e-smith??
Für Deine Verständnis um mails zu schicken mittels outlook Du muess erst Deine Mails abholen (pop) dann erst kannst Du Deine Mails verschicken.

Dies ist eine Einstellung von web.de....

Aber momenat hat web.de kein support??
