Title: Imap Mail changes read mail to unread mail

Intermittently my Imap client displays the messages that I have read previously as unread. I am using Mozilla 1 mail as the Imap client. I have seen a previous post that wasn't answered relating to this problem and wondered if anyone else has managed to solve this issue.  I'm sure that people will respond with "why not just use Pop mail then" but Imap allows me to have all of my mail and all of it's folders accessable from  3 different locations.  It also means that I can get any of my mail going back several years from my webmail so I am not willing to sacrifice this. It seems as if the problem happens after new mail is received.  My mail client reports that I have 3 new messages when I only have one the other two being the read messages showing up as unread.

Have found that this is a bug that is Mozilla specific. So I will have to put up with it or use microsoft but Outlook express and Outlook seem to have problems reading the sub folders and things get out of sync with the webmail.
