You would usually select Standard (for dedicated Internet connections), rather than multi-drop.
You need to tell us why you are using multidrop retrieval mode.
It is generally not necessary unless you have some specialised & unusual setup situation.
Please carefully read this

Ask your ISP, they should be able to tell you what they support (or provide).
I really think you are doing things wrong, but it is VERY HARD to get clear answers & clear understandable information from you. There is definitely a language barrier here.
You really need to get someone on site who understands sme server & networking etc, to help you set everything up.

I agree with Janet
Don't get me wrong, but you really should hire a technician..

How i hire technical for sme

Did you read the Manual link I posted earlier ?
ie
Please carefully read this
http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:Administration_Manual:Chapter13#E-mail
It explains when & why you would use multidrop or ETRN (if you read the text in the images & on the server manager screens).
Your ISP is the entity who determines what the technical settings are for their service (ie the provision of mail & Internet connection), so you need to ask them.
How i hire technical for sme
Ask your local computer store for someone proficient in Linux, that is a starting point.
Look up technical support services in the phone book, just like any other service you would be requiring.
Ask friends, ask other technically minded people.
Ask on this forum, check the Koozali site, it is possible/probable that someone can assist you remotely (for a fee).
One person I am aware of who provides tech support for SME server in Australia is Graeme Robinson, search the forums for him.
Also this which only lists one partner at present, I think they could help you on a commercial basis.

You probably shouldn't. You would normally only have 'multidrop' configured if you know that you need it. Clearly you don't know that you need it.
The 'multidrop' setting is provided for the situation where your ISP has configured a domain name for you, and hosts one mailbox for that domain, and delivers all mail for any user at that domain name into the one mailbox. The 'multidrop' setting is not commonly used, and often doesn't work reliably. Don't use it.
I don't know what your native language is, but it would be a very good idea for you to find someone to work with who is technically competent and also proficient in English, and can explain things to you in your native language.
