Title: no internet access to mail server and ppp is blinked

I have sme mail server sending and receiving no problem in settings
suddenly no sending or receive without changing any thing
i check Cisco firewall router no ppp light and it is blinked
IF PPP is no light and blinked what is the problem
I check mail server is no internet access to mail server
Are ppp blinked is problem
and what it mean ppp is blinked
my server mode is server only
i ping to static ip nothing reply
it give me request time out

looks like a connection issue to me, but a router/ISP/Connection one..

Please learn to use Google search engine eg go to google.com & type in the search field:

See the section titled Layer 2 issues re PPP connection
Your router may be a different model so google for the Manual for your model & start reading.

The above article should give you very good troubleshooting steps & an understanding of terminology ie what does PPP mean.
You can google PPP also.
