Hello. I recently started to work for a company as a server administrator. There is a mail server using SME Server 9.0
The problem is that the users doesn´t receive mails from an specific foo.com.sv domain, the sending is ok to that and other domains and receiving from another domains is also ok.
Reading the documentation I see that the SME Server has qpsmtpd for receiving mails, Spamassasin for Spam and ClamAV for virus so I started to check logs and configurations files. First I looked for a blacklist-type of configuration but couldn't find anything and the from qpsmtd logs I get:
2015-09-07 15:00:04.332645500 9171 dispatching RCPT TO: <ccarcamo@mnf.com.sv>
2015-09-07 15:00:04.334141500 9171 250 <ccarcamo@mnf.com.sv>, recipient ok
2015-09-07 15:00:05.801056500 9171 logging::logterse plugin (queue): ` 192.168.2.209 pc-00209.aldesa.com.sv PCINF05 <veronicaflores@aldesa.com.sv> <ccarcamo@mnf.com.sv> queued <00ef01d0e9b0$2af04650$80d0d2f0$@aldesa.com.sv>
mnf.com.sv is the problematic domain. I have already search in the forum similar problems with no answer, hope you can help me.

The sysadmin of mnf.com.sv might need to help you, if there are no relevant logs on your server. What do they see when they try to send a message your way?
The log you showed shows a successful receipt by qpsmtpd of a message from your LAN, being sent to ccarcamo@mnf.com.sv. Where it says "queued", that means the message was handed to qmail, which presumably sent the message.

Thanks for the answer.
I will contact the mnf sysadmin. I discovered that my mail server (and any other computer) is unable to resolve mnf.com.sv domain and also require_resolvable_fromhost is enabled, so I'm suspecting that is why the mails are being rejected.

In FF I get this:
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://mnf.com.sv/
Unable to determine IP address from host name "mnf.com.sv"
The DNS server returned:
