Title: A fork is born : shellinabox

A good new, shellinabox has been forked, this software that I made a contribs (http://wiki.contribs.org/Shellinabox), was no more updated since years, now the development is started again.

The first side effect is the issue with non English keyboard with Firefox is solved, you can use accentuate characters :)

shellinabox is a terminal in your server-manager
