Title: Outlook Email Signature

guys hope you can help

using sme 9

i have a number of users complaining about their email signature

all users are using outlook 2007 - 2010 and have icons in their outlook signature ie; phone, fax, web address icons on outlook signature

the signature is sent correctly however the users are complaining that when they send out email the signatures are also sent as attachments on all mail.

what can i do on the sme 9 server so that the signature icons do not display as attachments on all mail messages?

any help greatly appreciated  :-)

As far as SME is considered - nada.

However http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/imagesignature.htm#preventattachment looks to be a good place to start.

Outlook has 3 types of Signatures: htm, txt and rtf

The Icons where only displayed, if you send in html format. Rtf i don't know.
