Hi, anybody experiance with TickerTracker from Anuko? It worked very fine with installation on SME8. Now i have upgrade the server to SME9 and when i start Time Tracker i get the Login screen and after Login i get a blank screen with the error Message "MBD2 error: Connect failed".
I get the same error message when i run dbinstall.php when i want to create a new database. Please help.

I have no clue based on the info you are providing. Neither do I know or have any experience with Time Tracker. I do know eHour from our wiki.

Did you google for
TickerTracker "MBD2 error: Connect failed"
There are many results which appear related to mysql db access.
So as you did a new install to sme9 ie it cannot be upgraded directly from sme8, then I suspect you have either not created the mysql database correctly or have not set a user with correct permissions to access the Ticket Tracker database.
Refer Mysql Howto as it may give you some clues, see link at top of forums.
