So, in connection with the topic on letsencrypt.com, I'm trying to use the scl-python27 repo following the instructions at http://wiki.contribs.org/Software_Collections_Repositories#tab=Python27. I'm able to add the repo to the config database and do the yum-modify event without issue, but I don't seem to be able to connect to the repo itself. Is it down, or am I doing something wrong? Here's what happens when I try:
[root@sme-test ~]# yum list available \* --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=scl-python27
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, smeserver
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
https://www.softwarecollections.org/repos/rhscl/python27/epel-6-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: scl-python27. Please verify its path and try again
[root@sme-test ~]# db yum_repositories show scl-python27

The repo seems to be empty..... Nothing at the indicated URL. Need to find out why and adapt the repo data on our wiki.
Stranger yet, almost all of the SCL apps are gone....
Please see https://www.redhat.com/archives/sclorg/2015-December/date.html

SCL hosting seems to had some issues, and it seems new issues have popped up like different paths and no specific platform RPM's as of yet. I guess we caught them in the middle of the act with their serious issues.

Looks like it's back up now. Not sure if the issues are actually fixed, or if I just got lucky, but I was able to install python27 and dependencies without issues.

The software Collections repo's are now (also) available vie CentOS mirrors to benefit from the CentOS infrastructure. I'll change the repo URL's on the wiki shortly.

Where abouts are the software collection repos located?
