Title: SPAM from unknown local users

I can't work out why I get SPAM messages from unknown local users. eg I get a message from DoesNotExistLocally@mydomain to ExistsLocally@mydomain. I thought that this type of message would normally be rejected or am wrong about that?

As long as the recipient address exists, it's correct
