Anyone here conected with optus and still using sme server in bridge mode without loosing voip

Hi all, What I am interested in is weather anyone got the sagemcom f@st 3864 v2 conected to a server without loosing voip? I have a sme9 server and it is able to pppoe the username and password and the dns is used to connect the rest of the house to the net. If bridge not able (yes I have opened the Advance Settings) what is the best modem to bridge and not loose voip?
