Title: IMP redirect for webmail failure

I'm trying to figure out why I suddenly lost access to webmail from both the local and outside of the local network. When I am off site and browse to www.my server.com/webmail, the login screen appears just like usual, but after entering my user credentials, I eventually get an error 500. This comes up when I ask for details. I am using Chrome, but the same thing happens with FireFox.

"The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.mrlistersir.com/horde/imp/redirect.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly."

If I log in using the admin credentials, all is fine.

Here is my question, Where do I start looking for problems? I am not sure which log file will give the the needed information. Additionally, are there user settings that I should check to see what might be causing this? If so, where should I start?

Have a look at /var/log/messages and /var/log/httpd/error_log
