Title: Sme be workgroup controller???

If I select no will that allow me to bring the server online and the computers in that work group reach the internet?

My aim is to get every one onto the internet then reinstall all windows computers and make them join sme domain....but as time is limited I need them to be able to reach internet until the reinstall

You can select No and your computers will be able to reach the internet, just as you can set Yes and you won't have to join the domain, you'll just be able to. So you can already set it to yes, then reinstall all your computers one by one, joining the domain each time.
