Title: Self signed certificate changes on daily basis?
Post by: calisun on December 31, 2016, 07:48:30 AM
I use self signed SSH certificate on my server, so whenever I connect to my webmail I get a warning "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER".
This is fine, I just tell my browser (Firefox) to accept the certificate and to Permanently Store the Exception. This might work for a day or two and I get the warning again.
Why is the self signed SSH certificate on my server keeps changing?

I also asumr you meant SSL certificate.
They are not meant to change unless they expire, so you might have forgot to check remind it forever when you added the exception, or something went wrong on your server. In last case check your logs as suggested by Stefano and check information about cert:  date of issuance and end at least
