Title: Restoring a config to a new SME server without all the emails.

Good day!

I am updating the server here from 8.2 to 9.1. I have the new server up and would like to copy all the server settings, and users but I don't want to restore a whole backup as it's massive because of so many emails. I am reading how to backup but it seems to be to restore everything and so I am here hoping I can get some help and pointed to the right direction. The old server won't be disappearing it will just be off the internet so I don't need to worry about emails being restored.
