Title: zarafa 7.2 problem

Hello, i have a serious problem with zarafa server. If the process zarafa-server is down the incoming email are processed by qmail but after disappear.
Any suggestion?

well, AFAIK it's quite normal

the problem is that i lost email if the zarafa-server crash (ex. out of memory kill) . is possile to preserve the email?

no

the only ways to solve such a problem are:
- stop using zarafa and revert to standard SME email services
- fix your server to avoid the out of memory kill issue

Reading this : https://wiki.contribs.org/Zarafa_on_SME_9#Mail_Sorting, not sure they are really lost, they should have been delivered to the normal ~/Maildir directory by qmail  as maildrop would have done and tey should be in the new subdir.

How to move them again to Zarafa, this is another story and I do not have the answer.

Zarafa dagent binary has moved with version 7.2. You have to change the /etc/e-smith/templates-user/.qmail/80Zarafa to match the zarafa d-agent location (/usr/sbin/dagent).
This is why delivery fails, the email can be found in the location in the previous post.
