you're right.. smeserver-cacti is available in SME8 smecontribs repo..

haliparotin, you can install it with
yum --enablerepo=smecontribs,smedev install smeserver-cacti
since smeserver-cacti is in smedev repo, it might have some bugs.. if so, please report them in BZ, thank you
