Title: Copying and using webserver certs on the SMEServer
Post by: brianr on June 09, 2017, 01:51:55 PM
One of my clients has a webserver and certificates on a hosted server, and also an SMEServer 9.2 in house for email etc.

Can we take the certs from the webserver and install them (as well) on the SMEServer?

as long as you are able to get the original files of the cetificates, your answer is there:

https://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Administration:Certificates

and particularly here: https://wiki.contribs.org/Certificate_ssl_management or here for manual installation : https://wiki.contribs.org/Custom_CA_Certificate#configuring_your_sme_with_your_new_certificate
