I have had an issue where I have to white list a block of IP addresses. I hate to do it, but have no real choice.
As a result I have created a bug https://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10472 and made a bit of a hacky patch.
There is also a little test file there as well.
If anyone is feeling brave then please have a go at it.
In the WBL panel just add a host and subnet e.g.
200.200.200/20
Don't use a dotted quad though. So nothing like 255.255.255.0
Please reply on the bug if you have any questions.
